I have Paypal ONLY in my auctions, I have settings and blocks for paypal only. how can buyers still click on payment sent? 1 buyer selected about a $28 item then decided they liked something else better soooo... they clicked PAYMENT sent on the item they did not want and paid for the 2 items they wanted. This enabled them not got get a UPI right? This happened twice with 2 different customers. Thanks
I received a negative feedback that I believe is extremely unfair. I described all the contents of my item for auction, the condition it was in and I furnished a gallery of 12 photos and showed every item that was included in the lot. I also explained in my ad that because it was a used collection it would be sold as is. I even shipped it priority and spent the extra doing so but I know I did that on my on to avoid any delays for this shipment. On Wednesday I confirmed the package delivery and it was delivered that afternoon. I emailed the bidder on Wednesday & Thursday asking to leave a feedback so it wouldn't tie up my funds since I am new to ebay there is a hold. At that point I feel the person could of easily emailed me back and possibly we could of worked something out if they were so disappointed. But despite my attempts my emails went unanswered and now I am brand new with a negative feedback. What if there is any thing I can do because this is truly unfair. HELP!
On November 07 I bought a base shaper from HBA Closeouts, for my Louis Vuitton bag. It has been 13 days since that, but as of today I haven't even received an email or nothing. I have sent 2 emails with no answer. Do not buy anything from these people. P.S. I wish they had processed my purchase as fast as they took the money from my account.
I just bid on and won 4 items at a very good price from a seller in a foreign country with zero (0) feedback. I plan to pay using paypal. I assume that by using paypal I am protected in case the items are not delivered to me. Is this assumption correct?
I bid on an item but was outbid. Seller sent me a second chance offer saying they had another in even better condition, so I purchased it and paid for it 10days ago. I have sent the seller several emails and have gotten only a response that there is no tracking for USPS (which is a crock considering others I have purchased have had it). This is part of my Thanksgiving holiday display and not worth it if it doesn't arrive in time. The ad said returns were accepted within 7 days but now says it doesn't If I leave a negative does that mean they can trash my 100% feedback?
I sold 4 little mini lotions feb 9th. I shipped them out feb 13th in a nice box, included more than one extra in a separate gift box included, a nice thank you note and paid $4 extra than what they had paid for shipping, since the package tipped just over the lb mark. (regardless if i had included the extras)
This was a cheaper sale in the first place and I just felt like doing up a nice package and basically I probably made like $2 on this. Actually including gas and the packaging + extras I probably lost money heh but sometimes a girl just feels like wrapping.
SO anyway this person just left me feedback, "positive", but 1 star on every category besides 'item as described'. Now I usually alert the buyer that I had shipped the item but I cannot recall if I had messaged her or not, and it did take me like 2 days after she paid me, to ship (hardly a long time).. but totally trashing my stars, especially when you see your package was $7.50 to ship right on there, and you paid $3.60, at least for that you think you would throw someone a bone?
I wanted to leave some type of feedback (or perhaps better not to) to indicate it was clear that she trashed my stars. I know in the future this won't matter if I start wanting to sell a lot more, they will disolve but for the time being it's just buggin me a bit, especially coming from a seller as well! What would you do? Thanks for reading!
we are relatively new sellers (107+) but were proud of our 100% feedback and great "stars"., achieved slowly as we e-bay only during our long winters. We quit in the spring-2008 and instead of again listing in the fall, sat it out with the horrid economy. Last week we listed one item to get used to anything new before jumping in with more valuable items. The item sold but not for what similar others had and I then noted our 100% feedback was no where to be found. When I had gone to "My E-Bay" over the last many months, I'd sworn it was there. Are we back to square one? In our item descriptions should we write of our year + time off from selling and say we actually had /have 100% feedback? Worse yet the item sold to a first timer and today is day 5 of no payment and no communication. thanks for any advice!
There seems to be a problem with My eBay Feedback page. I think it has to do with being able to leave feedback from multiple places. I had already left two feedbacks by accessing the feedback directly from the product auction page. However, when I went to My eBay page Leave Feedback selection, for other feedback I wanted to leave, both were still there and marked as needing feedback. I don't mind at all leaving good feedback but how many times do I have to do it and how can I check to see it was recorded the first time?
I left a negative feedback for a seller due to the fact I did not receive the merchandise I purchased and could not contact him by e-mail. I recently received a e-mail from him explaining the reason for the situation and requesting that I reverse my negative feedback. I told him that when I received the merchandise I purchased I would do so. I received the merchandise today. Hoe do I reverse the negative feedback? If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
Buyer said they sent payment, its been 2 weeks and no payment, I ask for tracking numbers or anything to show payment was sent. Buyer will not show any proof of sending payment. I cancelled transaction, and the buyer gave me a negative feedback. I sent Ebay a fradulant complaint. How do I get the Negative feedback off. Thank you
I purchased a camera which stated in the description that it came with a battery that had full power. The camera arrived with NO battery. I contacted the seller and they stated it was a mistake, that I could return the camera but they said nothing about furnishing a battery. I made a second request and my only reply was the address of the seller. I want the camera but expected the seller to honor his description. What should I do as the seller will not respond further.
I have not been able to leave feedback for my purchases or items sold, items come up with options + - or netural but when i check on one it does nothing, i have tried from all possible locations even tried Au site but they were having their own problems, Does anyone know if ebay is aware or if they are working on it and how much longer. i know it is not affecting all members ,but alot of us. can't get into customer service for help.
Every day I read through the answer center and anytime I come across an "interesting" member who seems difficult to deal with they are added to the BBL. I notice that many of the responders suggest such actions as well, which is all fine and good and legal. BUT, since ebay did away with negative for sellers do you think MORE bidders are being blocked from the sellers reading the AC and trying to protect themselves? I just thought it seemed kind of ironic that ebay was trying to protect the buyers from "bad" experiences but maybe more are having them now that they are unwittingly blocked. What do you think?
