I sold an item to someone in Canada. My listing states for out of country buyers to write 1st before bidding. I was unable to send invoice because buyer had already paid. Somehow buyer was able to pay without paying shipping charges. I have emailed buyer & told him to send additional money thru Pay Pal, but buyer has not done so. I have been unable to report this thru eBay because it shows the item paid. I don't know how the buyer was able to pay out of country without me advising of shipping charges.
I am from Rep of Maldives and I would like to be an ebay seller.Unfortunately we can not withdraw money from payapl even though I am a member at paypal.I have been buying many items from ebay and now I am planning to start selling. Is there any body who can advise me?
I just posted a camera on ebay today and an hour after I posted the item, it was sold for my 'buy it now' price ($150 more than starting bid). It was sold to a user in the UK who just opened an account today. Does this sound fishy to anyone else? Thanks.
THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO MY MANY REQUEST OF A PROBLEM,THE ITEM WONT WORK AND ITS GOING TO COST MORE THAN I PAID TO RETURN IT I AM AT THE LEAST A LITTLE FRUSTRATED.
I purchased a Nintendo DS that is counterfeit and doesnt work. I don't feel that I should have to pay the shipping to return the items? Should I report the counterfeit items? I'm worried I won't get a full refund if I upset the seller. I'm also worried that I will pay to return the item and won't get a refund and I will be out that money too. I mean how do I trust a seller who sales counterfeit merchandise.
my item is having a little problem and the seller told me to return it to him but i am wondering if ebay will take control if he doesn't send my item back for me please help

Hello All. I searched the archives but am unable to locate an answer. I am hoping you can help.
I have in my listing "no international shipping" yet a buyer from Canada won an auction and paid immediately via PayPal. I dont understand what I need to do in ensure this does not happen in the future. Any ideas? Is there a "preference" I can set to disallow it?
I am not trying to "hog the boards" as someone previously posted when I asked a question. I am just trying to get necessary information like everyone else here. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Big Thanks!
i bought this 16gb memory card pro duo last dec 31 2009, a few days after, ebay sent me a message that the listing was removed. i waited for a while then it arrived jan 28 2010. i was using the memory card till yesterday when suddenly it stopped working and it says it needs to be reformatted, so i did reformat the memory card but the problem is it wont work anymore. can i ask for a refund or atleast get an exchange? help pls.
Hello everyone, I have been reading a lot of the questions and answers for international shipping and learned a lot. USPS 1st class international seems to be the cheapest shipping but no insurance or tracking. So if I buy insurance from a private firm and the buyer claims he didn't receive the package and I give a refund, 1-how much of a hassle is it to get my refund from the private insurer? 2-For international shipping, is priority mail better in the long run? 3-When I give a buyer 3 shipping choices is it usually 1st class, Priority and express? Thanks...Sharon
I live in New Zealand, so when I list an item (since I am outside of the USA and will be shipping items from New Zealand) the system requires me to place a price for shipping within the USA. Is there a way for me to skip this part? as shipping costs within the USA do not apply.
