I am a new ebay user. I've had a paypal acct for a long time. Here is the problem I just sold an item and its telling me I received a payment but I can't access the funds. Is there a hold on your acct when your a new seller? It tells me I received the payment but the funds are not in my paypal acct. I don't want to send the product unless I know this money is clarified in my acct. What do I DO?
I was advised to change my Paypal account to a Premium account where I could accept either Paypal or a credit card for payment. How do I go about doing that?
I contacted ebay Help regarding a registration problem.
I have an ebay account previously based on email address m......com (my wife's email - it's her computer.) A few days ago I changed my account info to use my email address r......com (and my own name for mailing).
Now my wife wants to set up her own ebay acct using her own email address m......com (and a userid which showed as available).
We have tried several times to register with ebay, each time there is a message 'Already Registered.' It seems that ebay has not purged the m......com and thinks we are trying to use a duplicate email address.
I got into ebay Help and had an online chat with Nanny T. She suggested I purge the cookies and cache from my browser. I did that, but now I STILL get the 'Already registered' message when I try to set up my wife'a account.
How to I get ebay to 'forget' the 'm.......com' address?
I have an account with ebay...I'm am trying to get started on selling items. Once I finished setting up the item it asked me to login, which I already was, but it would not recognize my information. I did notice it had a spot for seller registration. Do you have to have a seperate account for selling and buying?

I sold an item to a buyer, who has not paid. I sent a followup invoice but received a note from e-bay that says buyer is no longer registered with e-bay. What do I do now?
I recently signed up for ebay and during part of the registration they asked me to put in my credit card to verify who I was. Once I did i thought it was a little fishy. Is this part of the registration or not?
The no kill dog shelter I volunteer at wants to set up an ebay selling id. We have all the tax id #s. We want to sell t shirts and bracelets to help us with caring for our many four legged residents. The bad economy is hurting our shelter with intakes. I need to know what infor we need etc. and helpful ideas. Our dogs thank you one and all for any help with our project.
