When I'm listing a new item, I get as far as loading a pix and hit the icon "First picture is free, click to add pictures" and my computer get's hung up? can't go any farther. need help. Thanks George
First of all, when we are listing our pictures do not show up. We only have a blank thnmb nail picture and we have to search for them.It also does not show the international shipping charges. thanks for your cooperation
I have had this happen twice in 9 days. The invoice and actual postage cost has been off. The invoice for today was 6.70 postage and when I went to print it was 8.68. The other case was about the same with a 2.00 difference. I went back and checked my listing weight and so forth and all was okay. Did live chat today and was told I did not put the dimensions of box at listing! I have never done that. As long as the box is not irregular or large why would it matter. I was told not putting the dimensions was the cause. Any insight to this would be appreciated. I have been doing this for over 2 years and never entered the size and have not had a problem. I am new to Ebay. I have sold 2 items. The payments have been made. The tracking and deliveries are completed. When do I see the two items sold on my current Ebay items displayed for sale. I still see only a (0) next to my Ebay ID.: Doorbuster1234(0).
If putting "AS IS" in an auction, is the seller liable if the product does not function? If a seller says a laptop looks great, no dead pixels on the LCD, comes with the latest operating and certain enumerated software packages, and ends the listing with "NO WARRANTY, AS IS." or simply "AS IS," what responsibility does he have (eBay legally, not ethically)?
Seeking clarification. If the reserve is $10, my bid is the highest at $9, it will say Reserve Not Met. Now say the reserve is $10, and the highest bid is $2, and it says I must bid at least $3, for example, and I bid $10, will my bid go up as $10 and the auction say "Reserve Met"?
ebay toolbar alert monitor icon on the toolbar has not worked for two weeks. Whenever I sign-in a message appears "eBay toolbar monitor ~ you have signed out from eBay toolbar". Right click to refresh eBay alerts on the toolbar, refresh not highlighted; icon is white with gray letters in stead of yellow with color letters. I uninstalled/reinstalled eBay toolbar several times, deleted browser files, history, cookies... still not working. I really miss those alerts can anyone help please! Thank you.
I filled out the Ebay partner registration. I recieved the Email from Ebay asking this:
Create a plain text file from a text editor and in the contents put only your unique identifier (provided below). Save the file as 'epndomain.txt'. Upload the file to the base directory of each of your domains that you would like to register. Example: If your website is www.ebay.com, your file would be located in http://www.ebay.com/epndomain.txt. Visit the Domain Confirmation Page when your domains are ready to be validated and click on the 'Confirm Domains' button. Our system will look for the file and your unique identifier and confirm appropriately. Don't worry if you have additional domains that you'd like to add, as you will be able to add them in the future if you are accepted into the network.

Okay got my item up for sell .. for got to add something to title , went back to revise my item.It will not let me add to it or use a subtitle. I at the lest need the sub title can you'll help me . or help me get ahold of a tech at ebay to talk to
