I have not be using ebay for almost a year and when I came back to it I say the IDs have been like this s***b which is shown to buyers on bidding. Mine still shows up as sherrieb41. How do I get a new customer ID
Obviously, there are many people who are being frozen out of Ebay (like me) because they are unable to scroll from page to page, click on Continue, Place Bid, Leave Feedback, or any other blue buttons. The subject comes up over and over here and it is NEVER answered except with more questions...What browser? What computer? Cookies? Cache? Javascript? That shouldn't make any difference at all! My car is 7 years old, but there is nobody telling me I can no longer take it on the highway! But I have to get a new computer (or a new browser) in order to get on Ebay? I think not! I don't have any idea what a browser is or how to change it any more than I would know how to change a camshaft in my car. What a way to run a company!
I recently made a purchase and the amount was deducted from my debit. However, Ebay pulled the listing and I still haven't been credited. I emailed them and haven't had a response. How do I correct this?
Is anyone else experiencing problems when trying to contact ebay via email? I have been trying for two days to send emails and my messages are not being sent. Talked to a representative on ebay live yesterday. He said there were technical difficulties but it would be fixed within 4-6 hours. Well here it is, almost 24 hours later and I still the same problem. Anyone else having this problem?
For a few weeks already I have this anoying problem whereby the display page for selling, sold or unsold items grows in size towards the r/h side. By hitting the refresh(F5) key it restores itself to the original display, whereby you see the "Sell similar" rectangle on the r/h side. After each inquiry the line grows in length, so after only 2 inquiries, the description only remains and you have to move the scroll bar all the way to the right to find or access the "Sell similar" rect. I'm loosing a lot of time with this problem - any help will be appreciated!
Does anyone know if there is a way to bulk edit the Seller's Payment Instructions at the bottom of the listing description?
I have bulk edited my listing to remove checks and money orders however I mentioned it in the Payment Instructions on all my listings. I added all items manually. It will take forever to pull them all up individually to edit.
Why can't i log on eBay from my cell phone? I used to be able to, but just recently I can't. My carrier assured me that it is not my service, because i am able to log on to other websites.
When I am using search tools, and there is more than one page, at the bottom of the first page, I click on any button to move forward, the page immediately scrolls to the top and I can never move to the next, or any successive pages. Can anybody help me figure this out?
I have two pictures displayed on my auction. I am getting a lot of feedback of people that can't view them. Some people can, though. I need help, I feel my auction has been wasted for one day, going on two.
I'm having problems leaving feedback and running searches. The screen says my internet connection is not working or having problems, yet I'm not having this problem on any other website. This has been happening for the last 2 days. Please advise... somebody!!
I recently bought a "Jaw Dropper Triple A fuel saver module" and installed it into my 2004 Nissan 350Z. I followed the directions of installation very carefully. I trippled check my connections as well. I have a problem, though. when i started the car back up, the "check engine light" was on, my tarction control was off and wouldn't turn back on, and my car was slipping when driving in all gears. I don't know what is going on. I tried to reboot the car's computer and that did'nt work. my car is undrivable because i just can't simply put the MAF wires back in after taking them out according to the installation procedure. any idea? Or do you know anyone who can help me? Thanks, -Matt
I quess I have a probrem with ebay web board . Some "clicking icons"doesn't react clicking. Icons are "Contine" , "Leave feedback" and "Contact us" and so on. I could not pay trough ebay-Paypal form because I could not move on to the final page of the payment by clicking "continue"which did't react the clicking. It is not happening other web sites.
