I have not sold anything on ebay for over a year. Used turbo lister to make up 52 auctions. When I tried to list them I got several error messages. The first being for me to update Turbo Lister, the others had to do with Like New in the title not allowed to accept money orders and changes in mailing. I updated TL and then restarted it and tried to log in. After several attempts, it would freeze, I got in and all of my auctions, file folders of past auctions were gone!!! I could not import them from anywhere. So I redid 7 auctions and listed them. Tried to log in today and it again froze, got in finally and the new folders I created are gone as well as the 7 auctions! What gives? I tried to import again and it froze and is still frozen, I can not do anything with it. I had heard that ebay had changed a lot while I was not listing but to make it harder to list?, that is just assinine. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it? If this keeps up I may do like others and switch to another sight, not that ebay would care they will continue to make their millions without me.
Over the past couple days, store items I have listed as GTC are now ending on their own and forcing me to re-list them all one at a time. All info is up to date including return policies and all the latest listing requirements. Is anyone else having this isssue--and does anyone know why or how to make it stop??--thanks--reenie2222
I came across the most wonderful seller yesterday, he's using Auctiva for his listing, he suggested I do the same, I feel silly asking him how to again, but do not have a clue how to do it. Appreciate any links etc., to the Auctiva site. Many Thanx:-)
After updating turbo lister this week It ask me shich acound - then passowrd and says it needs to connect to ebay - when I say connect it gives a windows error and then bails out. I redownloaded turbo lister and same results
When I try to syncronize my listings a window pops up with 2 arrows circling, as it should. But then nothing happens. I have let this run for hours but still won't update or syncronize my listings. How do I get sync to work? Please help!
I downloaded TL today, I did the sync, so it has my stuff from e-bay. I have items that did not sell that I want to relist. But before I relist I need to edit some of them. TL has all the unsold items, I highlite the item I want to edit and click the edit button. A new page comes up with the item and all the info. But I can not change anything. I can't change the title or the item des. Is there a trick? I really would e grateful for any answers. Thanks
1. How can I set my account up so my items automatically relist after an unsuccessfull sale? It is a pain in the rear to have to click relist on each item.
2. How can I show all of my items that I'm selling on each listing? I noticed other listings that have a banner that scrolls across showing everything that seller has on ebay. I think this would be very helpful in increasing my sales.
I've noticed within the past few days, that when I re-list an identical item, everything is still there, ie Title, Item Description, everything is as I left it. EXCEPT for "Item Specifics". it doesn't sound like an issue, but it is indeed,very tedious to re-populate all those categories - it's crazy - why is ebay doing this?No reason given, I spoke with ebay, they said it was my computer, because this problem doesn't exist. It is very frustrating - and can't even seem to find my way to a live chat this evening, now that I know that it is not MY COMPUTER! Can anyone help ? Thanks, Chris
When I come to select shipping on Turbo Lister my only service choices are Priority mail. I could use Parcel Post the first day and now it is only Priority mail and I can not give a flat rate. I redownloaded and have the same result. What do I do? Thanks Robert
I have been trying to upload my inventory into my store using file exchange from turbolister. I keep getting the same message on my upload report BAF.error.Unparseable Line None of my inventory shows up in store inventory. Please help me I am totally frustrated. I don't even see that error message in their list of error codes. Thank You
best offer does not show up on my turbo lister--I have everything checked that should be =-- I downloaded the new turbolister and started over and still not there--I donot like to go to ebay to list to use this feature as I do not want to pay for pictures as I host my own picture. any help on the best buy would be appreciated
