I am wondering if anyone knows how to change your checking information in Half.com. I've searched the ENTIRE site and there are no instructions on how to do this. I recently changed banks and the account that is linked to my Half.com account is no longer valid.
I have recently sent an email to the seller of an item on eBay and he is not responding. I am writing in concerns to the total amount of the item (since the item is in US dollars and I reside in Canada) as well as the total shipping and handling of the item. I has been over a week and the seller never returned an answer. Am I doing something wrong or is it just that sellers on here ignore their emails? :S
Hello. I posted a question on November 15 regarding a buyer asking for more time to pay (twice). She promised to pay on payday (today). No payment. I sent an email saying for her to pay today as agreed or I would close the UID with a strike against her. She wrote back and said in checking the measurements she now figures the sweater won't fit and wants to cancel the transaction. Can I still give her an unpaid strike and close the UID as I feel she's been deceptive all along? She won the item on November 3. Thank you!

I bought makeup. waiting it to come. and now when i want to look where from are they coming - on the summary about this my item writes: "This listing (xxxxxxx) has been removed, or this item is not available.Please check that you've entered the correct item number New Pro 120 Full Color Eyeshadow Palette eye shadow Sale date: 10/27/09 Tracking number: -- eBay Note: This user is no longer registered on eBay."
What should it mean? is it gonna be ok, or i simply was tricked? what's if it is so? what should i do then? couse i paid 26$ - isn't little for me.
Hello, I have searched the regular eBay answer section but don't find an answer to my question. So I'm hoping someone can help me. I found an item with a "buy it now" that I want to buy. But I cannot pay for it for a week. I emailed the seller and asked if they would be willing to wait a week for payment. The seller emailed me back and told me to go ahead and use the "buy it now" and that it would be fine to wait a week to actually make the payment. Is this alright to do this way since the seller agrees? I am also a new seller and a long time buyer and I want to make sure that I don't do anything that would give me bad points with ebay or a seller or buyer. To recap: Is it alright to delay making payment for a week if the seller agrees beforehand? Thank you so much for any help you can give me in answering my question.
I know Paypal is the leader(largest) since they're owned by eBay, from which I've been told, but my question is, who falls in line next. Propay, Moneybookers or Paymate. I have no idea what experiences eBay sellers have had with any of these 3. Most important to me is access to funds, then fees, then security. I'm not sure which way to go? Thanks
I listed an item with US shipping. An international buyer bought the item but did not pay shipping costs. I made a case with the Resolution center. The case is now closed, but I am unsure of the money return process.

I have a buyer who wants a combined invoice of 3 different auctions. She won 2 items on the first auction and asked me to hold because she was bidding on items from the 2nd auction. She then won 5 items from the 2nd auction. Then she asked me to hold again as she wanted to bid on the 3rd auction. Is there a way that I can send her 1 invoice for all 3 auctions. All auctions are a week apart. Thank You. Please help.
Does anybody know why ebay automatically combined my shipping for somebody? Because now the actual shipping cost is less than what they paid. They paid $8.29 like ebay figured but actual shipping is $10.07. i don't think this is right they complain about inflated shipping which I don't do and so now I get screwed. I thought if you had a quantity of say 5 and somebody bought 2 you have to adjust shipping not them. Anybody know about this? Thanks
