I bought a phone recently and I had made the payment but the seller never reply me. What should I do now? What can I do? I pay it through Paypal. The seller has very good feedback though.
I asked about a claim from a seller who is international and no longer a registered member and has my my money. I was told to make a claim and I did but it told me is was to soon to report and I also contacted the member vai email and I was to escalate to claim immediately. Waht do the mean by escalate the claim. I contacted paypal or ebay by email. But waht do they mean by escalate the claim?
All of the credit cards listed for paypal were compromised and I have new cards to list. The checkout menu would not allow a new addition. How do I delete the old cards and list my new cards?
I'm getting just a little fed up with Pay Pal's "policies". I also realize they are nothing more than an arm of e-bay. Why not allow an outside firm be allowed to make payments like "Google"?
Suddenly the past two weeks all my sellers are waiting 8-12 days before shipping.
I have my Paypal account linked directly to my bank account and backed by a credit card. When I pay, it's called an "instant transfer" and the money is gone right now from my bank account and shows within a matter of minutes as "transaction complete" in my Paypal account.
Yet I'm getting these sellers (five or six in the last two weeks) sending me emails through eBay saying "Up-Date" and that my item has been shipped EIGHT TO TWELVE DAYS AFTER my "Instant Payment".
Have I just hit a run of several lazy sellers... all in a row?? Or is there some new process put in place by eBay about getting my payment into the sellers' hands immediately?
Is eBay holding money and making money on overnight deposits?
Are sellers being made to wait several days before they get these instant payments into their Seller's accounts?
Or should I not worry about it and just flame negs and no stars on Sellers who don't ship until 8-12 days after I've paid?
Hi, I have a buyer who just paid through Paypal. His feedback is 8 with 100%. His address is confirmed through Paypal, but when I go to print the label, it says that what the post office has on file is different (so minor- the city name is Mc Gregan instead of what he has, which is McGregan with no space). But if I manually add the space, then the address isn't confirmed and I won't have seller protection through Paypal, right? What should I do?
We just bought a glass screen for a blackberry 8330 but it is going to be sent to our old address how can we change the address to the new one since payment has already been confirmed
I have a customer who purchase 3 "buy it now" items from me and is asking for a total amount. How do I send an ebay invoice combining the three items less some shipping and handling charges due to combined shipping. Thanks. I want to send just one invoice which will combine the three items and then has a total shipping charge. Thanks
I filed a claim against a seller item # 150380168881. The item was purchased on 10-20-09. The item never shipped, and I've received no response from seller...but neither has PayPal. What happens if they don't respond to PayPal either? Will PayPal still refund my money? This seller has 32 neg feedback scores in 1 month, all for the same thing. They sold items, offered free shipping and never shipped. Shouldn't PayPal refuse to accept this seller at some point? I've never had this happen before, and it would be on an item I purchased for the Grandparents to give my son for Christmas! At least I shopped early.
Okay, I had to open a dispute because I "won" an item, paid but never received the item. I called the person and he said "oh my girlfriend did that sale on my account". I told him even his girlfriend did the sale he is responsible because the ebay account is in his name. He said he would call me back but never did. I put the account in dispute, it has been 7 days, the seller has not responded. What happens now? How to I get paypal to refund my money? How do I apply for a refund?
