Hi, I have a buyer who just paid through Paypal. His feedback is 8 with 100%. His address is confirmed through Paypal, but when I go to print the label, it says that what the post office has on file is different (so minor- the city name is Mc Gregan instead of what he has, which is McGregan with no space). But if I manually add the space, then the address isn't confirmed and I won't have seller protection through Paypal, right? What should I do?
Okay, I had to open a dispute because I "won" an item, paid but never received the item. I called the person and he said "oh my girlfriend did that sale on my account". I told him even his girlfriend did the sale he is responsible because the ebay account is in his name. He said he would call me back but never did. I put the account in dispute, it has been 7 days, the seller has not responded. What happens now? How to I get paypal to refund my money? How do I apply for a refund?
I asked about a claim from a seller who is international and no longer a registered member and has my my money. I was told to make a claim and I did but it told me is was to soon to report and I also contacted the member vai email and I was to escalate to claim immediately. Waht do the mean by escalate the claim. I contacted paypal or ebay by email. But waht do they mean by escalate the claim?
why is it i was charged more than i was supposed to be? when i posted i was told it would be .40 but i just checked my account and paypal took 1.00 from my account. so i want to know why did you guys do that? It may not be alot of money but the money is not the issue really anyway. i mostly want to know why the different price.
I filed a claim against a seller item # 150380168881. The item was purchased on 10-20-09. The item never shipped, and I've received no response from seller...but neither has PayPal. What happens if they don't respond to PayPal either? Will PayPal still refund my money? This seller has 32 neg feedback scores in 1 month, all for the same thing. They sold items, offered free shipping and never shipped. Shouldn't PayPal refuse to accept this seller at some point? I've never had this happen before, and it would be on an item I purchased for the Grandparents to give my son for Christmas! At least I shopped early.
I had a previous account that I just paid off, thinking that would remove my limited access and the only recent mishaps to my current account were that someone stole and used my PP debit card in June for 2 small amounts and I had a credit chargeback that came in while I had a zero balance,in which I paid. So I'm patiently waiting and after a week they suprise me with, Paypal will no longer allow me to do business with them. I didn't even know my file was under review. I never file any claims, but they said I'm a high risk. I'm a struggling small home seller. I'm Paypal verified! Apparently my Ebay feedback does no good with this. I was told I can't appeal! I'm upset that I just transfered a large sum from my bank account into PP without seeing this coming. I'm a competetive person and I hate to lose without putting up a fight. I feel as though I don't have a leg to stand on. Does Paypal have any major competitors? Any legal help?
I returned an item recently and the seller says they credited my paypal account, which is thru my credit card. Does that mean my credit card will be credited or do I have those funds in a separate paypal account?
