hi. i accidentally closed an unpaid item case, even though the buyer still hasn't paid for the item. now, e bay won't let me re open the case. i've gone in circles trying to find a phone number for ebay, an e mail, a live chat... nothing is working. help! i don't want to get charged a final value fee on something the buyer never paid for! does anyone have contact information for ebay or can help me with this problem?
