I would like to add a check box in the description area to show that buyer are reading this area.

What good would that do?  They will still be allowed by eBay to bid if they don't check your box.  In the very, very unlikely event that eBay would add one, buyers could still check the box without reading if they know a box must be checked to bid.  No box will ever guarantee that a bidder has read a single thing.

yeah right   that would not happen with ebay policy.

How will you know that they actually read the description.. maybe they just checked the box?

I'm sorry, but I don't think such a thing would have any useful purpose at all , even if it were possible to do.

 

It will not change the seller's obligations in any way, nor the rights that the buyer  has under eBay Buyer Protection.

You did not ask.. but I will mention this anyway

 

You should really remove the following  statement from your listing. You cannot enforce it, and it makes you look as if you are not familiar with eBay policy

 

"Please Pay for your items within 48 hours or I will need to relist them.\'
