No.

The auction will stop when the time runs out.

If you have a 7 day auction, it will stop when exactly 7 days have gone by.

The bid price can go higher than the reserve!

NO!

 

Reserve auctions continue until the scheduled end (unless ended by the seller)

Highest bid above the reserve price wins.

 

"Buy It Now" option, which is not a reserve price, will end the auction when used.

No, of course not. A Reserve isn't a price cap.

If it was, why list an auction? Might as well list Fixed Price.

No, the auction won't stop.

 

A reserve price is the minimum the item will be sold for -- not the maximum amount.
