Trying to increase selling limits and can't get an agent to answer transferred and transferred time after time and complained and still after two days of trying still didn't get to talk to an agent in that department... On the phone for 2 hours yesterday and 1hr 1/2 today I finically gave up and hung up and no one even bothered to tall me bk...poor poor poor customer service ...even talked to a so cold team supervisor ...got the dame thing I'm SOS or try for your inconvence let me transfer you to that dept. and no one fever answers......
