I have agreed to buy an item not listed(different size than one like that is listed). How do I pay for this item.  I have seller eBay name and item no.

The seller has to list it in order for you to get ebay protection

Off eBay transactions are prohibited.

Have the seller create a buy it now listing, and send you the item number.

That is considered an off-ebay transaction and could get both you and the seller suspended from ebay. Besides, you will forfeit your buyer protection. The seller can take your money and ship nothing and there's nothing ebay will do to help you.
