When I List my item i have this problem " 

Please enter a valid value " 
So what can I do, to list item?

Which field is giving that message? 

You forgot to fill in something required.

Do you have a sellers account, and it linked to your paypal business acocunt?

I'll bet your getting this message when you are putting in your auction start price and buy it now price, if so, your buy it now price has to be at least 10% more than your auction start price. If you offer free shipping palce 0.00 in the price box. Also as you list if need be, click on those help boxes for more info.

 " Valid Value " is computer speak for when inncorrect data was entered into a field or a required field was left blank.

 

Go through your listing and make sure you didn't enter non supported characters or invalid words in any of the fields or leave a required field blank.

 

If necessary clear your cookies reboot the computer and start from scratch.

You are located in Poland, and trying to list on the USA site.  Could that be the reason for the error?

 

New eBay members should be listing on their home site: http://www.ebay.pl/

 

That is the eBay Poland site.
