I get an error message saying "That Option is no longer available".  It then saves my posting in the file to be completed later, although a lot of the posting information is dropped.  I then re-enter, get the same error message, and then go through the entire process over and over.  

 

The Customer service line is no help.

 

Why is this happening and what do I do yo fix it?
