Hi mandie_55

 

Adjust your My eBay to display 60 days.

 

And, if you haven't missed the deadline, go to the eBay Resolution Center and open an Unpaid Item Dispute.  Close it 4 full days later.  If you don't do this, you will have to pay eBay the final value fee for 'selling' the item even though you weren't paid.

check in the "my ebay" archive folder- ebay moves the listing to archived after a certain time frame.

You owe ebay final value fees on the transaction (usually 9%).

That fee is due regardless of getting paid.

Don't wait so long in the future - file a dispute within a week (you can file after 4 days).

If you missed the deadline, you'll still be paying the fees.

Yes, as stated above....Definately set your account with your Selling Preferences, Blocks and Buyer Requirements..

 

An ebay automated UPI case can be set so after the 1st 4 days, case is auto opened and if still no payment after the next 4 days (8 in total), case gets auto closed, you get your FVFs refunded, buyer gets a well deserved UPI strike, niether can post feedback and you are free to relist.

 

By having these set properly, you will not only be helping yourself, you will also be helping your savvy fellow sellers against these non payers.
