I fully aware that this is not a true Roseville Vase-it was manufactured in Japan.  Can I list if I state that in the description/title?

No, you may not list that item. Roseville manufactured "Roseville Rozaneware. As you can see the mark on your pottery is "Ruzneware". It is not true Roseville pottery, so you can't use the name Roseville in your listing.

Sorry-I wasn't gonna mention that it was Roseville in description (coffee hasn't kicked in yet-lol)  Is there any way I can sell this?
