I was liquidating a collection for a friend and need to provide them a copy of what was sold.

You can't do it on ebay. it disappears.

 

You CAN get a partial list from paypal history, but it will not show the ebay fees.

Every time I sell a item I print out the ORDERS DETAILS page from Ebay for my records, this gives me the info needed if I have to look up a item that has a problem or if the buyer has a question, it has the name of the item,  the item #, the amount it sold for,  the date it was paid for, the day it was shipped, the DC #, the shipping cost, the buyer's name & address, I then write on it the fees from Ebay & Paypal.
