If you are using Internet Explorer as your browser, that is the problem. IE cannot handle ebay's new system. Try a different browser that has no issues, like Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome

Use the Save Draft often, while creating listing, until you can switch to another browser.

You can type your descriptions in a Word processing program. They say not to use Microsoft Word, but some do use it. I use Word Perfect. There is a free one called Open Office you can download from the internet.

Type your description and Save it in a file on your computer. Copy and paste it into the Description Box. You may have to delete some extra lines, use Bold or change the Font. It is a lot faster than typing the description into the Description Box, especially if you don't type fast.

I keep the pictures of my item in the same file, then if I lose anything, I can go back and get it. I figure out what I want to use for a title and keep it on the page with the saved description. I can copy and paste it to. It all saves time when you are listing an item.
