You can schedule a starting day and time up to three weeks in advance for you listing. Here’s how:

1. In the How you're selling section of the form you use to list your item, select a start date from the Scheduled Start pull-down menu.
2. Select a start time for your listing.
3. Complete the rest of the form, and click the List your Item button on the Review Your Listing page. You'll need to have a credit card on file with eBay to be able to use the Scheduled start.

If you go back and list them before the time they are scheduled to list, it will knock the 10 cents off.
