I ordered an item and 2 days later 5 other sellers with the same pictures and discription only with different seller names advertised the item for $125.00 cheaper. they all say in the ad that they are the exclusive seller on ebay. Shouldnt they refund the difference? also they have a60 day return polocy and they pay return shipping. It was paid with pay pal

You are dealing with 1 seller, and what  other sellers are doing has nothing to do with this transaction.

No one has an obligation to match another seller's price.

you agreed to pay the price on the listing when you made your purchase.

sellers do not have to honor prices offered by othe members.

If there are 5 or 6 different sellers on ebay, then obviously none of them are the "exclusive seller" on ebay.

 

Why do you think your seller should refund the difference? You agreed to the purchase, your options are to pay as you agreed, or get an unpaid item strike against your account, unless you can talk the seller into refunding a portion of your payment.

AND...a 60 day return policy should be carefully checked.

 

They may be attempting to get the buyers to overlook ebay's 45 day buyer's protection. If you wait longer than 45 days, ebay's protection will be void, and the seller could just keep the money AND the returned item; and ebay would do nothing.
