I purchased something from someone and I have tried 4x to contact them and no response. My item it due to ship Dec 4-10. I just think it is rude for them to not respond to the simple questions that I ask. There are others that have had the same problem. This is the first time I have encountered this. I think you should treat customers with courtesy. I can tell this person could care less. Some people never rec'd their item. I would just like to know one way or the other if they are gonna ship it. I paid for it. It is a christmas gift for my 8 year old daughter. Im kind of ticked off at the whole situation.

I purchased something from someone and I have tried 4x to contact them and no response. My item it due to ship Dec 4-10. Sellers are NOT required nor obligated to answer any question you may have, or even acknowledge that you asked them.

 

Any questions about the item should have been asked BEFORE you bid or bought the item, just as you should have checked the sellers feedback BEFORE bidding/buying, that way you could of made a decision on whether to buy from this seller or not.

 

Sellers are also not required to list a delivery confirmation / tracking number, or mark the item "shipped"............

 

You were given ESTIMATED dates that your item is due to arrive.........If you do not get your item within a reasonable amount of time after the last date listed, and you are not getting answers from the seller then go to the resolution center and open the appropriate case..........

 

Buying anything, online, whether ebay or not, you know you are taking a chance with time sensitive items............(Christmas, etc)
