It sells for the wining bid regardless of whether or not the BIN still remains. Unless there was a reserve not met, then there is no sale.

Then you win the auction and pay for the item to get it delivered. The "buy it now" price is not a reserve.

Then you have won the item for the bid price and got yourself a good deal!!! The buy it now is for when a person wants it right away and doesn't want to bid on the item and have to wait.
