You CANNOT block buyers with zero feedback.  It is not even possible.

eBay will not allow you to block a buyer just because you forget you were once a buyer with 0 feecback. Every "good" buyer on ebay started with 0 feedback.

You can say anything you want in your item description but ebay policy will override it, so there is no point in offending newcomers with such wording, it means nothing.

Wish my fingers would pay closer attention to what I spell correctly.

Sellers cannot block buyers with 0 feedback, so that is not the reason the buyer is being blocked from bidding.  Check your Buyer Requirements Activity Log to see why they were blocked.  Go to My Ebay > Account > Site Preferences > Buyer Requirements > Buyer Requirements Activity Log.

It is usually best to leave these users blocked.  If you really want to allow them to bid, you can add them to your Blocked Buyer Exemption List.  Click on Site Map at the bottom of any Ebay page and that option is in the center column.

As said above, you can't automatically block (0) feedback bidders. Remember when you were a (0) feedback?

And..by saying that in your listings you are asking for trouble. Buyers know that you can't enforce that, and some will bid just because they can.

Putting aside the "have faith" and "don't you remember"  most of my unpaid items that I have had to open ever have been people with 0 feedbacks!  It is annoying when people play around open accounts and you never hear from them again.  So I think it would be a good idea to be able to block people with 0 feedback.  THere are plenty of people that will sell to them.  Why do I have to be tortured?
