Ebay won't help you after 45 days, and we are all fellow ebay members here.

You can contact your credit card company if you used a card.  You can leave negative feedback, and hope for a refund before you revise it to positive.

If you let your 45 days of buyers protection lapse, then ebay nor paypal will help you.

It is YOUR responsibility as a buyer to keep track of deadlines to open disputes.

The ONLY recourse you may have, is if you paid by credit card, is to contact the customer service number on the back and see if you can initiate a "charge-back"..............BUT be aware, they have deadlines to file as well.

There is no one from eBay administration here. We are members like you.

Since your buyer protection has expired there is nothing eBay/PayPal can do for you now. If you funded the purchase with a credit card you can attempt a chargeback by contacting your card company.

Next time don't let the deadline to file a dispute pass by.
