I contacted seller through ebay several times asking about charge even though listing stated free shipping.  They say they cannot remove it.  I was clear to them that if it could not be removed I did not want the item.  Now what happens because I dont believe the seller will go through the release process correctly.

Hi jstears4,

If the seller goes forward with an Unpaid Item Dispute and you lose, you'll be able to appeal the strike.

Hopefully, though, he will send you a formal Request to Cancel Transaction instead, which would be easier on everybody.

The feedback you leave - which I presume would be negative - should not be left until the issue is resolved, but sometime before 60 days is up.  Sellers cannot retaliate with negative feedback, by the way.

What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger.

The iPod bundle?

That does say Free Shipping and it is a violation for them to request $ for shipping esp. when they got a higher place in search for listing it as Free Shipping.

Personally I would report them-hopefully the message came through eBay messages-they can read them, good luck.
