Place your max bid on your item of interest. eBay will use what they call a proxy bid to help you win or up your bid to your max amount throughout the auction.

Just remember that you have to put the max bid that you are willing to pay for the item and wait to see if you win.

Do not bid on multiple items of the same thing. You could win

all of them and be bond to pay.

Be sure you want the item before you bid, as you cannot retract your bid if you just change your mind later.

It would be very helpful if you would scroll to the bottom of any eBay page, select "site map" and then search the A to Z help section on anything eBay.

Good Luck
