okay there's a buyer new buyer with zero feedback who wants me to ship to another address. I know that you have to ship it to the paypal address for seller protection. They already paid should i refund the money & ask them to add that address to their paypal? I had a problem doing this one time someone paid I refunded their money (i needed fix the price because they wanted ems)  & they told me they wouldn't repay (ebay didn't let them checkout after the refund)

You will have to refund and ask them to cancel the transaction with a formal request to cancel, then relist at the agreed on price. Anything else will leave you wide open to fraud. Some zero feedback buyers are not rookies at all, but want to look that way so sellers will let them slide. If this is an expensive item at all, I wouldn't take a chance on it.

No, you do not need to cancel the transaction and relist.

 

Simply refund the payment and ask the buyer to repay and to select/add the correct shipping address during checkout. There is no need for him to add the address to PayPal first.
