what is checkout complete means? do I get the payment?

I have sold out 2 item, and they both mark "checkout complete",

but the payment show up "payment was intiated on jun-12-12 and is being processed through paypal" but I didn't receive any payment on my paypal account. so do I still have to ship it? Is the buyer pay the payment?

You do not ship until you see the payment is in your PayPal account. Period.

I actually just tried to purchase something that I bid on, I clicked a button and it said "payment complete" however I did not put any info in for the payment. Now, I am serching how to make a "real" payment, now the icon "pay now" is not listed on myebay, now I can't send my payment, so frusterated I really wanted this item and i don't no what to do..
