I can not checkout with PayPal??

Dear All,

 

I am having some issues in eBay checking out with PayPal. In authenticating information in checking out an error message is appearing to say "There seems to be an issue in your PayPal account. Please contact customer service"

Even though my PayPal account is linked with eBay the check out cannot be completed. 

What could be the reason for this. Please help me.

The message said to contact Paypal customer service, so that would be the thing to do.

Could it be that a credit card you have attached to your PayPal account is nearing, or past, its expiration date? That's usually the reason.

 

If that's not it, you can always call PayPal CS to see what they can find out for you. That contact information is available on PayPal.

gee...don't you think it would be a good idea to do as asked and contact paypal CS to find out what they think the problem is?

 

no one here has any of your account info available to be able to tell you what the issue is.
