When my seller payed for his item and shipping through pay-pal why are the funds not in my account? I have never had any negative feed back as a buyer or seller, nor have I ever not payed my ebay fees. So why were the funds not deposited in my account by pay-pal?

Your total Feedback as a seller is ONE. You need to accumulate more reputation than that in order to not have your PayPal payments held.

Ebay has changed things so that new sellers & older users who haven't sold before or haven't sold for quite some time, have limits & holds until they build up their reputation.  There is no way around this other than selling as much as you are allowed with the limits & keeping your FB positive.

Don't know if you are aware, but now besides FB, buyers leave ratings on seller's service (DSR's).  If your DSR's drop below standard (which I think is 4.7 or lower), that can hamper your status.

Read the link from kraloe.  When you sell something, your money is held for 21 days.  You need to ship with delivery confirmation, which you should anyway, because that's the only proof Ebay will accept if the buyer says they didn't get their item.  Once the dc shows delivered, Paypal will release the money in 3 days.  Sometimes they don't & you have to actually call them with the dc#.

Are the funds not in your account, or are they in your account but they are being held?

If your buyer paid the funds should show up as being in the account, but you cannot access them for a certain length of time.

Pay Pal can keep the funds for 21 days if they want to. If you send your packages with Delivery Confirmation they will release the funds about 3 days after the item shows it has been delivered.

If you purchase your labels from Pay Pal or ebay the information is automatically loaded on your sold items. If you buy your labels at the PO you will have to put the DC number in ebay.
