i had someone make a purchase 5 days ago but they have not paid yet what should i do i dont want to wait forver

If you want your Final Value Fees refunded, and the ability to make a Second Chance Offer, or relist correctly,  you must do one of the following:

1. Complete the Unpaid Item process  (usually preferred)

 or

2. Convince the buyer to agree to a Cancellation Request,

Both options are available in the eBay Resolution Center

I've had the same issue too.  Come to find out this person was a new member and had placed bids on multiple auctions  and needed more time to pay for mine.

I know my issue is probably not your issue, hopefully, this buyer is not sick or something...I would contact again via email.  You may find this person's telephone number somewhere on the invoice...tread softly and good luck.
