Double-check that you used the correct email address in your listing.  It should be the one you use for your PayPal account.

Make sure you have upgraded to a Premier PayPal account.

This is the account you need to sell on eBay.

If you have everything set up correctly the money goes to your PayPal account.

Do you see an hour glass on your My eBay page and "payment processing on PayPal"?

If so, your buyer did pay. Since you don't see the payment on PayPal, you have a problem preventing transfer.

First thing to check is the email address for payment you entered on your listing. Use Sell Similar on the listing and scroll down to see what email is shown:

This email must exactly match one you have linked to PayPal.

If it is a typo the best solution is to create it with your ISP and add it to PayPal, you can have 8 linked emails.

If you cannot do this because the typo is in the domain part of the email then you cannot claim payment. You are going to have to  Mutually Cancel the Transaction with the buyer and start over. Making sure you fix it when you relist. You'll have to click Edit Listing and you should check it carefully before uploading.

Buyer can cancel their Unclaimed payment from PayPal
