Buyer said it shows that I have not claimed payment.  How do I do this?  I have a paypal account set up and keep checking it and nothing has shown up.

Sounds like you gave it away. NEVER ever ship without receiving payment and being notified by paypal it is okay to ship

In ths case it sure sounds like Paypal cannot find you to credit your account because you gave them a bad address when you listed the item, probably a typo error, suggest you call paypal to try to straighten this out..

Wish my fingers would pay closer attention to what I spell correctly.

And for goodness sake, do some learning about selling before you go any further.

You have a problem with account set up or the email for payment on the listing preventing payment transfer to your account.

You should never have shipped since PayPal didn't show payment Completed and OK to Ship.

Did you link your eBay and PayPal accounts?

http://pages.ebay.com/help/account/link-paypal.html

Did you confirm your email address when you linked it to PayPal? They send an email to it with instructions?

IF you did both but still don't see anything about payment on PayPal the next thing to check is the email for payment on the listing itself.

Use Sell Similar and scroll down to see what is shown:

If wrong, the best solution would be to create this email with your ISP and ADD it to PayPal. You can have 8.The payment will go through and any future payments sent to that address will go through as well as long as you don't remove it.

If you cannot do this, typo in the domain for example, you are hosed.
You cannot claim the payment.

You'll have to hope the buyer will pay a PayPal Money Request once they get the item and are happy with it. You would send that from PayPal.

Buyer would login to theirs and cancel their payment first.

Never rely on eBay nor emails for accurate payment information. Login to PayPal!
