Did you pay them through an invoice sent by ebay or did you send payment to a paypal address at sellers request?


Just say NO to Chinese junk!

The seller is a Top Rated Plus seller with over 20,000 feedback.

 

So you went to My eBay > Purchase History

and changed the Period to Last 60 days and you don't see the item?

 

Shipping to your country of Qatar is $14.99 for FCPIS (or $35.99 for PMI), so if you paid using the PAY NOW button, you would have paid more than the $28.99

 

Do you see the payment in your Paypal account?
