The item number isn't found.

How long ago did you buy it?

You have 45 days to file a Buyer Protection claim.

Know these 4 things:
1) Buyer Protection - 45 days to file a claim
2) Auctions are binding contracts
3) Click on Customer Support to find all answers
4) Problems are resolved in the Resolution Center

"you gays are the seller"  No, we're not. You were covered for 45 days. If it has been longer than that eBay cannot help.
