i contacted the seller  he just keep saying it was delivered but did'nt say to what address and who signed for it.   so what do i do now.  i am going to put stop payment through my credit card company.   what is my option?  thank you

What does the tracking number say?   If it says the item was delivered, then the problem is on your end and  you need to check with your mail carrier, your neighbors and anyone who may have been in your house when the package arrived.   If tracking says delivered, then the seller has done his job.

 

I tracking does not say the item was delivered, then go to the resolution center and open an Item Not Received case.

The only address the seller has for you is the address that YOU provided them at payment.

 

Go to your Pay-Pal account and look at your payment to verify that you had your address listed correctly.

Did the seller provide delivery confirmation / tracking? If so, and it's states "Delivered," your issue is with the Post Office and NOT your seller. You need to call your local Post Master and tell them your package was either miss-delivered or stolen. They will be able to speak to the carrier on your route that day (the Post Master is their boss).

 

If it was not shipped USPS but rather Fed-X or UPS....call them.
