I bought a projector from Eric's Bargain Store on 27th March 2012. Transaction No. 99P435987Y619620B. Item Title: 2500 Lumen HD LED Projector, Item No. WY-058. They also gave me a warranty for one year. The lamp has gotten week and I'm trying to contact them through their given email address to have the part replaced which is under warranty. But unfortunately there has been no reply from them. There also no phone number available. Please advise me what to do next to get the lamp replaced. Thank you.

Ebay only covers you for 45 days.  Have you contacted the company that made the item?  Most don't cover items purchased on ebay unless the seller was a factory dealer, not likely.
