We have no way to check your account. This is a member to member help forum. We are members just like you.

If you have an unpaid item, you need to pay for it. Maybe someone used your computer while you were logged on to ebay to buy the item. It is your responsibility to keep this from happening and to keep access to your account from other people.

If you go to Advanced, and search by Item, by Bidder,  Include Completed, you will see a list of what the other members of ebay can see. It shows that you purchased a couple of items in Dec. If you did not bid on these items, someone who had access to your computer may have bid on them.

You can call ebay and talk to them. Ebay's phone number -- Bottom of page>Contact Us> Contact ebay> then make a choice on that page as to your question> next page, make another choice> each page that comes up make a choice and eventually you will see Call Us, Click on it an it will give you a phone number.

You can try calling Ebay & tell them you did not buy that item.  Sometimes they are forgiving about 1 unpaid strike, especially if your history shows you paid for your other items promptly.  If you are blocked though, you have more than 1.  Sellers can only block buyers with 2 or more unpaid item strikes.  They will not remove 2.

Hi.  Sellers CAN block a bidder/buyer with just 1 unpaid strike.

Sellers have the CHOICE whether to block with 1 strike in 6 months OR 2 strikes in 12 months.   Nearly all sellers use the 12 month option to keep bad bidder/buyers off the site longer but they do have the other choice.
