I'm selling a empty box for a Sprint Galaxy Note 2 and am concern that people are bidding as if it was for the actual phone . I check the description and everything is properly noted and just want to make sure that everthing is ok with eBay .

You listed in the smartphones category AND you included all the specifications for the phone...  so yes, people believe you are selling the phone.

Cancel your listing.

GOOD GRIEF! Read your listing! You listed a phone in great detail, not just a box, you did say just the box in the title but in the listing you are advertising a phone!

Cancel each of those 44 bids and end this auction as quickly as you can, if you do not cancel the bids first then you will have sold this to the person with the highest bid when you ended the auction.

Wish my fingers would pay closer attention to what I spell correctly.

"Properly noted"--LOL. Look again.

End your listing. Throw your empty box in the trash.

You are in several very shady areas here.

You cannot sell an empty box for an item that is in great demand. It encourages counterfeiters that will buy it and try to use it to make a fake look real. As your "empty box" includes the accessories, it slightly legitimizes the listing...but is a very gray area.

Your listing is in an incorrect category.

Even though you clearly state that it is an empty box in the title, some of your bidders may not be fluent in English, and may be bidding on the photo.

You have the specifications for the phone listed. Why would you do that if there is no phone?

Even though there are several different bidders (we can't see who they are or where they are from), the winner is most likely going to be really upset when they get an empty box. You will have to refund and NAD case and will lose the ship cost you paid if that happens.

Personally, I would cancel the bids and close the auction.
