Did you get the seller's okey to return the item? You have to have that in order to get a refund. When you contact them they will give you and address to return it to - and you'll have to do it with delivery confirmation to prove they got it back - or signature confirmation if over $250. If they don't co-operate, then you can file for item not as described in the resolution center - customer support, top right of page. You have ebay protection for 45 days from date of payment. And be careful - a lot of seller's from China tend to promise things and stall you until the 45 days are up and then you can't do anything - so watch your dates.
