Did you attach a credit card or bank account to eBay?

You must do this before you are allowed to sell.

eBay insists on having a way to collect their piece of your pie.

Business thing with them, eBay has to make money to stay

in business just like everyone else on planet Earth.

You will need to upgrade your PayPal account to a Business or

Premium also, and link PayPal to eBay.

Good Luck
