We cannot submit your listing due to the following problemsAttention:

To keep eBay safe, eBay reviews the accounts of members who are actively selling with multiple user IDs. While your accounts are being reviewed, you won't be able to sell with any of your accounts.

To begin the review of your accounts so that you can start using eBay again, Call us to speak with an eBay Customer Support agent.  Please have a list of all your eBay user IDs available

We'll review your accounts and get in touch with you to let you know when you're able to sell on eBay again or if we need more information.

You are going to have to call Ebay.  If you didn't have any other accounts, then you have to get it straightened out.  If you had other accounts that were not good due to neg. FB or not paying your fees, you will not be allowed to open another account.  If you opened a new account to get around the limits, that will not work either.

 

If you don't mind me saying, new sellers have limits on selling, like 10 per month.  Opening a store will not get you around those limits & a store costs like $15 a month just for having the store, plus listing fees.  So you would be paying that $15 just to list a few items a month.  If you are allowed to sell, it will take several months to get the limits raised or lifted.  So you may want to cancel the store.
