If ebay deducts a percentage of their funds from paypal how much is it, does it depend on your sales each sale or the sum of all sales/ sorry i am new to this.

EBay doesn't deduct their percentage from PayPal payments you receive--that is the PayPal fee (2.9% + 30¢ per transaction).

EBay bills monthly.

Final value fee is 9% for auction sales, it varies with fixed price format. You are invoiced monthly.

PayPal takes 2.9% + $.30 of the payment off the top at the time of payment.
