Hi wedge160yards

Sellers can block bidders who have at least one successful Unpaid Item Dispute filed against them.

Go into My eBay > Account > Site Preferences > Buyer Requirements and poke around.

What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger.

The only two non-payers this year for me had over 100 feedbacks each.

It might be a good time for you to look into why they don't pay.  Shipping, item, etc.

And I hope you are filing UPI's on each of them.  That is the big stick that eBay has given we sellers.  Two strikes and you are out of most buying for a full year.

Good luck and let us know how this is going for you.

You can block the bidders who do not pay rather simply, feedback has nothing to do with it.

You will find account settings under your name in the upper left corner of the screen when signed in to eBay.

Go to seller preferences under account settings and make the following settings:

(1) Block anyone without a paypal account, this gets rid of most of the scam artists and some of the crazies. If they don't understand what paypal is and how it works you don't want to waste your time with them.

(2) Block anyone with two or more unpaid item strikes in the past year, this rids you of the obvious nonpayers reported by yourself and other sellers by using the unpaid item dispute.

(3) Block anyone from countries you do not want to ship to. This does not block someone from another country if the can furnish a USA shipping address, just the ones that expect you to mail something to another country, usually at a low price with no delivery confirmation.

Remember to always recover your final value fees and give a nonpayig bidder strike to anyone who does not pay you by using the unpaid item dispute process when you are not paid. This is how we get rid of the nonpayers.

Wish my fingers would pay closer attention to what I spell correctly.

Why on earth are you giving them positive feedback?

You do know that it is a policy violation to post negative comments under a positive feedback, right?

If sellers would give these non payers unpaid item strikes, it would seriously help us all.
