What do I do? I have a buyer that left Negative Feedback. My title and descrip. say A Complete Setof 4 figures, buyer expected more figures.  I contacted him, and he still does not wish to change feedback.  I can't fathom, How I could have been more clear on the description.  I've sold the same listing numerous times with no problems.  What can I do?  Is there any way I can get this unwarranted feedback off my record?

I see that FB was revised today. but is still a negative.

Now it makes no sense at all. IMO, it says more negative things about the buyer than the seller.

There is nothing more that can be done to change it, but you could do a calm professional reply to it if you wish.

Well, In this case, buyer feels / knows what the "complete set" means. If there is more piece usually do occur and comes in the set and you said it is complete set that's what buyer expects. Don't say the "complete" if there are some parts are missing or did not come within your item. Just say how many pieces comes in your auction. If you want you can specific the item is included so the buyer knows exactly what piece are in the auction.

He received one of every figure in the Set. He expected multiples of the figures.

I have a problem with a Negative Feedback too, with Buyer saying: not as disscribed ....more damage than reported..missleading disscription.

Here's something to think about. In the Seller Protection section in "Feedback Protection" eBay says this:

"Negative and neutral feedback and low detailed seller ratings are automatically removed when they're: All from a single buyer or small number of buyers, From non-paying buyers, From picky buyers that consistently leave much lower than average scores, The result of major events out of your control: weather-related delays, postal strikes, natural disasters, etc."

The feedback was NOT automatically removed so I called eBay and asked about this. The rep. I spoke to acted as if they didn't have this policy and told me to file a report to use "Report This Buyer" so I did. They still have not "automatically" removed the negative feedback and I don't expect they will. I guess us sellers have to follow all the Buyer Protection rules but eBay does not follow it's own rules when it comes to Seller Protection.
