Buyer unable to revise negative feedback to positive ( seller 's revision request sent)

As a seller , received a negative feedback from buyer, the feedback revision request is sent, buyer agreed to revise it to positive, but buyer says she is not eligable to change it, what is the problem??

 

There is a deadline for the revision request, hope some guys can help. Selling performance decreased because of that unreasonable mistaked of making a negative feedback....I really feel disappointed.

Negative feedback left within 30 days can be revised if the buyer agrees. I'm not sure why this buyer is unable to revise it. Both negs are within the time frame to be revised.

You really should make sure the buyer is going to agree before you send the revision if you didnt.You only get so many a year.

Thanks for your comments.

I know there is a limited quota, I sent the request when she said she agrees to revise the feedback. I think she doesn't do the right steps, if she reject to revise, there may be an email notification of "no change" or something like that. I hope there is an easier steps for she to follow, for example, pictures/screenshot. ( she should have got the email for revision and is she clicking the right path???)
