I recently won a phone on auction and the seller seemed upset abut what the phone sold for, so she hiked the shipping cost from $5 to $38, when I refused to pay that amount she switched the shipping cost back to what she had listed. But refused to send me the phone and refunded the amount I paid.
I left negative feedback saying that the seller refused to sell the phone!!
Now, not only has customer service removed the feedback I left, but have suspended my account saying I shouldn't have left negative feedback!!.
How absurd is this???
