Frustrated that buyers are able to leave negative feedback with no communication whatsoever
I sold an PSVITA and customer left me negative feeback saying it was used and had no memory card
First of all the item was new in sealed box we check these things before we purchase them and second nowhere in the listing does it state a memory card was included
No communication to let me try to make things right just negative feedback
What do we do?

You can contact the buyer and try to fix things and then request that buyer reverse feedback.  That is the only thing you can do. You would send a feedback reversal request to the buyer once you were able to resolve the issue.

Ebay asks buyers to communicate first but doesn't require it.

Even though you are right in all respects:  In defense of foreign buyers, your listing has a lot of duplicated info and sort of goes on and on in large font.  I would have specifically said 'no memory card' on the first line, since many of these are sold with one.

Also are you positive it wasn't used/refurbished/resealed, as many are.

I tried that. Seems there is no reasoning with him. Its just frustrating as a seller. I think I just needed to vent :)

No it wasnt used or refurbished. We purchased it from a retailer and it was new in sealed box

Regardless where I put what is in the box at top or bottom it is the duty of the buyer to read the listing or ask questions if they are not sure

Since you can't seem to please this buyer be sure to add him to your blocked bidder list. You don't want him coming back.

This is the tricky part about selling internationally - buyers find it much easier to drop a neg than to spend the money to send it back with tracking. The good news is, that with your outstanding seller rating, it won't make any difference at all.

You might want to evaluate whether it is worth your time and effort to sell internationally, or if it would be simply easier to sell in the US only.
