Ebay refused to overturn bad feedback on cancelled sale.  How long does it last (12 mon)  or am kicked out of ebay for good.  Had 130 sales with 100% good feedback.

the feedback ages off at 12 months.

 

why would you cancel the transaction?

Refunding buyers & refusing to ship after a listing ends is considered indicative of a seller who isn't happy with the final winning bid of the item...  this naturally upsets buyers.

 

Have you communicated with the buyer, yet?  If you can sort out any misunderstandings, he may be receptive to revise his feedback afterwards.  You have 30 days from his feedback date to negotiate a Feedback Revision Request, but don't do this until the buyer is happy.

 

Otherwise, the negative will age off in 12 months.

"for the 3rd time please remove the Daiwa 8700 from the order , adjust the shipping fees then resend me invoice , eBay keep sending me about payment, if i paid this way without respond from you , or correcting the order to fit my needs , i will totally be unsatisfied and gladly will leave a full negative feedback"

bid was for 3 heavy saltwater reels , 5#, sold for $10 & $15 shipping.  buyer did not pay 3 days, i sent email, what is wrong.  buyer wanted to change deal, i OK, sent invoice, but buyer said did not get and invoice did fail, buyer wrote angry email: 
"for the 3rd time please remove the Daiwa 8700 from the order , adjust the shipping fees then resend me invoice , eBay keep sending me about payment, if i paid this way without respond from you , or correcting the order to fit my needs , i will totally be unsatisfied and gladly will leave a full negative feedback"
I finally got the incoice to him, he still did not pay, i asked him to pay, he did.   i decided to refund his money because a $10 sale is not worth bad feedback chance. he refused refund then said would i cancelled not knowing hevcould leave bad feedback which he did.
